Crazy or Free Research? (NSFW)

OK, so this guy is pretty pissed at radio...in general. Now a lot of people, especially those who are on the air, will probably say one of two things - 1.  He has a point but that isn't me, I am not guilty of that stuff.  or 2.  This guy is just wacko. Nothing he says is true. I'll laugh and move on. I hope if you DO work in radio, on air or not, you DO NOT just discount this guy as crazy.  He is a music fan and a guy who listens to the radio.  He is doing the industry a free service and giving us feedback.  Its honest and passionate and perhaps not so untrue. I had this sent to me via a FB group, by a well respected PD and his reaction was "this guy has a couple good points"  also "he's crazy" but still a couple good points. What do you think?  Wackadoo, bonkers? OR maybe telling radio obvious things that stand out because other radio listeners just don't care enough to take the time and tell us themselves? My favorite quote, which does sort of encompass what radio OFTEN thinks is good content, "You can go to an Iowa truck stop and meet me!"
